2. Counter-Notification

• Your statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to error or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location or, if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where TechSub.xyz operates.
